เมื่อเวลา 13.30 น. วันที่ 7 ส.ค.2568 ที่ประเทศมาเลเซีย การประชุมคณะกรรมการชายแดนทั่วไป (General Border Committee: GBC) ไทย – กัมพูชา สมัยวิสามัญ ใช้เวลากว่า 1 ชั่วโมง โดย 2 ฝ่ายเห็นพ้องแนวทางการปฏิบัติตามข้อตกลงหยุดยิง 13 ข้อระหว่างกัน ซึ่งเป็นแนวทางที่ทุกหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องของฝ่ายไทย ร่วมจัดทำกับฝ่ายเลขานุการของคณะกรรมการฯ ฝ่ายกัมพูชา

จากนั้น พล.อ.ณัฐพล นาคพาณิชย์ รมช.กลาโหม รักษาราชการแทนรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงกลาโหม และพล.อ.เตีย เสรย-ฮา รองนายกรัฐมนตรี และรมว.กลาโหมกัมพูชา ได้ร่วมลงนามบันทึกผลการประชุม ซึ่งมีรายละเอียดตามที่ทั้งสองฝ่ายหารือ และตกลงกันตลอด 3 วันที่ผ่านมา

ด้วยความหวังให้สถานการณ์ชายแดนไทย – กัมพูชาคลี่คลาย นำมาซึ่งสันติภาพ และการอยู่ร่วมกันอย่างผาสุกของประชาชนทั้งสองประเทศ รวมถึงไทยสนับสนุนการใช้กลไกทวิภาคี ระหว่างกันในการพูดคุยอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

The Extraordinary Session of the General Border Committee (GBC) Meeting between Thailand and Cambodia lasted over one hour, at the end of which both sides agreed on a common approach contained in the 13-point ceasefire implementation agreement, which was developed jointly by the Secretariats of both sides.

Following this, General Nattaphon Narkphanit, Deputy Minister of Defense and Acting Minister of Defence, and General Tea Seiha, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence of Cambodia, signed agreed minutes, detailing the agreements reached over the past three days. The Meeting aimed to resolve the Thai-Cambodian border tensions, leading to peace and peaceful coexistence among the people of both countries, with Thailand underscoring the need for effective use of bilateral mechanisms for dialogue.
